I am so sorry I have not popped in before now to say hi. Life has me ever so busy right now, allot of personnal things, and between work and uni I haven't had a time for allot else. I hope you are all well, and all is ticky-a-tee-boo?

Yes, good for you for choosing vegan! I am trying to become one as well. I've already cancelled milk from my diet (replaced it with soy milk) so that's a start. :)
